Shipping & Delivery

Azari fulfils the orders via Australia Post/DHL/FedEx or other tracked shipping providers where applicable. Australia Post/DHL/FedEx or any other applicable shipping provider will attempt to deliver the item to the shipping address provided. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

Any uncollected item will be returned to Azari and the buyer will be charged for the two-way shipping charges in case of a refund. Further, the products are insured by Australia Post/DHL/FedEx. However, the buyer should examine the content of the parcel when receiving the items from the delivery staff. If there are any missing items please do not collect the item and return it to the delivery driver so that we can proceed with the insurance.

The delivery estimates displayed below and on product pages exclude holidays. Please note we dispatch goods from our Distribution Centre 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Standard delivery – FREE

Our standard delivery service is free regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 1 – 4 working days. We deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

Express delivery

If you can’t wait to receive your order, why not use our express delivery service?Express delivery is our fastest delivery service, and is available on all items that are in stock and ordered before 3pm. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. If selected, we’ll send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm (excluding weekends). Orders received after 3pm Monday to Friday may be delivered the following day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Holiday & Weekend Deliveries

During Public Holidays and weekends, we have no collection & delivery service so we would ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around these periods. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please email our customer experience team on customercare@azari.com.au should you wish to discuss your specific order.

Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 15 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Azari.
